Merge branch pr-280: 添加MiniMax作为LLM提供商

解决冲突:
- README: 保留Qdrant向量库信息 + 合并MiniMax模型接入
- pom.xml: 保留spring-boot-starter-test + 添加MiniMax测试依赖
- ChatModeType: 保留CUSTOM_API + 新增MINIMAX枚举
- MinimaxServiceImpl: 保留MyChatModelListener监听器
